  3. Take or post it to the Labor Commissioner's role location nearest y'all

In California, all workers are protected by labor laws. The Labor Commissioner'southward Office will not question your immigration condition nor study it to other authorities agencies. There is no need for a social security number or photo identification to file a report of labor law violation.
