The Lloyd F. Moss Free Clinic provides medical and dental intendance at no charge to low-income, uninsured, underinsured and underserved adults primarily through the utilize of volunteer health intendance professionals and partnerships with other health providers.

Step One

Requirements

Lloyd F. Moss Costless Dispensary Patient Requirements

Patients of the Lloyd F. Moss Free Dispensary must meet the following requirements to receive care:

Expanse Residency

Patients must alive in the City of Fredericksburg or in 1 of these Counties: Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, or Stafford

Existing Insurance

Patients must be Uninsured or enrolled in Virginia Medicaid

Household Income

Patients must live in a household with income of less than 300% of the Federal Poverty guidelines

Step Two

Documents

Documents Patients volition need to present

To verify that you meet our eligibility requirements, please bring the following documents to your eligibility consultation (every bit applicable):

  • Proof of your local address (?)
  • Signed Federal Income Taxation Return
  • One calendar month of all household paystubs
  • Social Security Statements and 1099s
  • Food Stamp Discover of Action

Contact the Eligibility Section to schedule a confidential consultation. Please remember to bring physical copies of the above listed paperwork to your engagement. One time approved, patients will be given an appointment for Clinic Services.

Re-Certification

Renewing eligibility with the Clinic

Your Clinic eligibility card has an expiration date and volition expire one yr from the date you become eligible. It is your responsibility to update your information with the Clinic before the card expires in order for treatment to go along.
